Responsibilities
- Support infants and toddlers in their development stages.
- Prepare and maintain a Montessori environment that fosters independence.
- Provide individual and small-group lessons to children.
- Offer personalized support and guidance to each child.
- Encourage children to explore materials and activities of their choice.
Requirements
- Experience working with children ages 0-6.
- Previous experience as a nanny, babysitter, or in childcare.
- Completion of 12 ECE units (or willingness to complete online classes).
