Responsibilities

• Create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the Links to Learning curriculum.
• Support the overall development and well-being of each child in your care.
• Collaborate with other faculty and staff members to enhance the learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress.
• Maintain a well-organized and engaging classroom environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to carry or lift 25 pounds or less (25-50%) often and 25-50 pounds (10-25%) occasionally.
• Complies with all company and state-specific standards and maintains validation of required credentials for the position.
• Ability to successfully pass a state and federal background check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students.
• Bachelor's Degree with 30 credit hours in Early Childhood Education or related field, or an Associate Degree with similar credit hours and experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with at least two years of experience with children.
