About the position

The Infant Lead Teacher at Goddard School is responsible for implementing a comprehensive educational program that promotes the intellectual, social, and physical development of infants. This role involves creating a nurturing environment, ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards, and fostering positive relationships with families while maintaining a fun and engaging atmosphere for children.

Responsibilities

• Advancing children's intellectual, social, and physical development
• Supporting each child's emotional development and providing positive guidance
• Ensuring compliance for all Goddard quality assurance, Cognia, and Texas childcare licensing at all times
• Executing lesson plans
• Establishing and maintaining positive and effective family relationships
• Maintaining a clean and presentable classroom

• Having fun while working with children

Requirements

• A minimum of two years of experience in childcare is preferred
• Quality experience in caring for infants is a must
