About the position

The Infant & Toddler Teacher position at Childtime Learning Centers is a full-time role focused on the care and development of young children. This position offers a unique opportunity for personal growth and professional development, with a pathway to becoming a fully qualified Early Childhood Education (ECE) teacher within six months. The role emphasizes creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for infants and toddlers while collaborating with parents to support each child's growth.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children under your care.
• Communicate directly with parents and prospective parents to achieve success for the child.
• Help with meal and snack preparation, feeding children, and modeling table manners at family style meals.
• Maintain a fun and interactive classroom that is safe, clean, and organized.

Requirements

• Passion for working with children and developing young minds!
• The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Flexibility as to the hours and schedule of work - no nights or weekends!
• Must have 12 ECE Credits (Required).

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working in a licensed childcare facility is a plus but not required - we will train!
