About the position
Renewal Unlimited is seeking a creative and energetic Early Childhood Teacher to work with infants and toddlers in a full-time capacity. The role involves planning and implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum that fosters school readiness skills across various domains, including education, health, nutrition, and social-emotional development. The position requires collaboration within a team and may involve supervising teacher assistants.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum for infants and toddlers.
- Develop school readiness skills in education, health, nutrition, and social-emotional domains.
- Supervise and manage teacher assistants as needed.
- Engage with families to promote family engagement in the learning process.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education with a Wisconsin Pre-K teaching license (Preferred).
- 1 year of experience in Early Childhood Education (Preferred).
- State of Wisconsin teaching license (Preferred).
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Frog Street Curriculum (Helpful but not required).
