About the position

The Influencer Coordinator at Coegi is responsible for strategizing, communicating, and executing advertising campaigns with social media influencers. This role involves collaboration with Account Strategy Directors and Account Managers to manage client communications, oversee influencer performance, and ensure successful campaign execution. The Coordinator will also provide insights and reporting on campaign performance while maintaining strong relationships with influencers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the influencer campaign process for assigned portfolio of clients, including talent and/or brand research, initial reach outs, contract negotiations, creative briefs, post approval and necessary product delivery from the client.
  • Develop best practices for working with influencer talent and negotiating contracts.
  • Maintain communication and provide oversight to global agencies and vendors assisting in influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Provide strategic guidance for influencer talent selection and flighting for posts by influencers on multiple social media platforms.
  • Work closely with the Account Strategy and Client Service teams to provide support on client meetings for influencer expertise.
  • Collaborate with Account Manager to ensure process is adhered to and client directives are completed successfully and on time.
  • Ensure accurate and timely accounting processes for the payment of influencer talent.
  • Provide actionable insights for reporting to support client and campaign cadence on a monthly, mid-campaign or wrap-up report.
  • Actively participate and lead training for influencer products both internally to Coegi and externally to clients.
  • Provide expertise and research to the Account Strategy Team and Business Development on new business calls and client presentations.
  • Work closely with assigned Account Strategy Directors to bring innovation for influencer offering aligned to the client's brand.
  • Demonstrate superior project management and organization of both executional tasks and external communication alignment.
  • Provide proactive communication to keep teammates informed, anticipate client requests.
  • Exhibit strong level of account and process ownership, knowing everything about the influencers they're working with and demonstrating leadership in proposed solutions for the client brand.
  • Promote the external marketing of Coegi by developing timely blogs, white papers and case studies.
  • Assist in training of new employees both within the department and cross-department.

Requirements

  • At least two years of experience, preferably within an agency environment, with day-to-day digital campaign management, programmatic bidding or social advertising experience.
  • Experience with real-time marketing, utilizing platforms such as The Trade Desk, DV360, Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter, LinkedIn.
  • Self-starter that takes personal responsibility for education in relevant digital marketing.
  • Familiarity and experience with trafficking 3rd party creative tags, implementing tracking pixels.
  • Familiarity and experience with both direct-response and brand marketing.
  • Must be able to multitask, be detail oriented, organized and analytical.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work within a team environment while handling multiple projects with deadlines.
