About the position

As part of the Undiscovered and Small Business Accelerator (USBA), Amazon has committed $150 million to empower Black entrepreneurs through the Black Business Accelerator (BBA). This initiative provides access to educational, financial, and advisory resources that support Black-owned business owners to succeed as sellers in Amazon's store. We are seeking an experienced Influencer & Digital Marketing Manager to lead our selling partner influencer and digital marketing strategy. In this role, you will partner across the entire USBA organization to develop and execute an Influencer & Digital Marketing Strategy in support of our selling partners, while collaborating with current Amazon Influencer and Digital Marketing teams. The right candidate is a highly motivated, innovative, and performance-oriented individual who can partner to develop the USBA Influencer & Digital Marketing model. The role will focus on the growth of the Influencer and creator function, driving strategy across the organization. You will drive the long-term vision and plans while supporting a team of individuals focused on Influencer and Digital Marketing. The ideal candidate is comfortable moving between creative and analytical thinking, with day-to-day responsibilities that include both innovative thinking and deep data analysis. This role is ideal for a self-starter, dynamic, and proactive individual with excellent writing skills, a sound understanding of the latest Influencer, Digital Marketing, and social media landscape, and the ability to multi-task. In this position, you will work with the USBA Integrated Marketing and Communications Leader to define and roll out a USBA/BBA Influencer & Digital Marketing Strategy, which includes the development of core KPIs. You will be responsible for measuring, maintaining, and improving the discoverability and growth of our selling partner products, working closely with internal business teams and stakeholders. The role requires the ability to work on tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously. You must be hands-on when required and able to manage and influence effectively. Responsibilities

  • Development and execution of selling partner Influencer & Digital Marketing Strategy
  • Manage a wide range of stakeholders—both internally and externally
  • Facilitate the advancement of internal processes and infrastructure to make Influencer & Digital Marketing core for the USBA organization
  • Drive the best-in-class measurement and analytics of influencer & digital marketing
  • Oversee a team of digital marketing and Influencer Campaigns PMs
  • Provide strategic counsel and guidance to a wide variety of counterparts crossing a number of disciplines within the USBA organization

Requirements

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
  • 6+ years of recent professional Influencer marketing experience
  • 6+ years of Digital Marketing experience
  • Experience managing teams
  • Experience presenting metrics and progress goals to senior leadership
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally
