About the position

The Influencer Marketing Account Manager at Pattern is responsible for overseeing and directing creator strategy for a designated portfolio of brand partners. This role involves setting strategic direction, executing goals, and providing insights and support to enhance influencer marketing efforts. The position is integral to the Pattern Creators team, which focuses on maximizing influencer marketing and building ambassador programs for brands.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client partnerships and deliver exceptional service related to recruiting, onboarding, and engaging creators as ongoing partners for brands.
• Advise clients on creator strategy and report on the progress of their creator programs.
• Direct a small team of associates in tasks such as creator outreach, product seeding, campaign management, and data analysis.
• Cultivate senior-level client relationships and monitor client satisfaction to drive retention and grow revenue within existing accounts.
• Collect and distill client feedback on Current's SaaS platform to inform product roadmap.
• Assist the sales team in bringing creator strategies to life for late-stage prospects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of experience with accountability for creator marketing programs, including affiliate-based and fixed-fee partnerships.
• Successful examples of implementing always-on creator strategies for brands.
• Strong digital marketing skills, particularly in tailoring marketing plans to commerce objectives.
• Highly polished communication style suitable for presenting to CMO-level audiences.
• Entrepreneurial attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
• Team-first attitude with the ability to build connections across teams and cultures.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing environments.
• Familiarity with SaaS products and their implementation in marketing strategies.
