About the position

The Influencer Marketing Campaigns Manager at Later is a strategic leadership role focused on managing and executing influencer marketing campaigns for clients. This position requires building strong relationships with customers, providing consultative recommendations, and ensuring successful campaign outcomes. The manager will oversee the entire campaign process, from kickoff to wrap-up, while mentoring team members and communicating effectively with clients to meet their marketing goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the success and outcomes of all customer campaigns, establishing strong relationships and positioning as a trusted advisor.
  • Design and execute marketing strategies for customers, providing guidance and generating analytical insights based on campaign results.
  • Project manage all customer campaigns, delegating tasks to Influencer Marketing Coordinators and mentoring them.
  • Manage and communicate contractual deliverables to customers, maintaining campaign budgets and tracking influencer movement.
  • Act as the voice of the marketer and influencer, communicating best practice changes and escalating product feedback to internal teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Influencer Marketing, social media management, and/or marketing campaign management.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to develop strategies and execution plans.
  • Ability to manage and track time effectively across team work.
  • Previous customer success experience or ability to act as a trusted advisor with strategic recommendations.
  • Team player with a can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, organized and detail-oriented.
  • High degree of integrity, empathy, and focus on ethical practices.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Expertise in the Later Influence platform to enhance customer performance.

Nice-to-haves

  • Agency and/or paid media background is a plus.
  • Experience in mentoring and coaching team members.
