About the position

The Influencer Marketing Coordinator will support a rapidly growing influencer marketing program, focusing on digital and influencer marketing initiatives primarily in Germany. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates passionate about marketing and social media, offering a chance to engage with high-profile external partners and internal teams. The coordinator will be responsible for executing influencer campaigns, managing relationships with influencers, and tracking campaign performance to drive global subscriber acquisition and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of influencer campaigns in Germany to meet or exceed direct response goals.
• Draft campaign project briefs, creative briefs, and influencer contracts in both English and German.
• Prospect and curate new talent for influencer campaigns using SaaS platforms and social media search tools.
• Build and manage direct relationships with social media influencers and agencies in Germany.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams for campaign approvals and coordination.
• Collect, store, and distribute marketing assets across multiple databases.
• Liaise with Paid Media teams to coordinate asset deliveries and campaign launches.
• Track, monitor, and report on post/ad performance against key KPIs regularly.
• Manage the brand's influencer funnel, updating it with new, authentic influencers.
• Conduct market research to stay updated with best practices and emerging trends.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of influencer marketing experience.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
• Excellent writing, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of various paid social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Hardworking, proactive, eager to learn, and willing to tackle new challenges.
• Analytical mindset and strategic self-starter.
