About the position

The Influencer Marketing Coordinator at JustFab will support the portfolio of JustFab footwear brands on Amazon by managing influencer affiliate campaigns. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for women's fashion, who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with a team. The coordinator will be responsible for project management, communication with influencers, budget monitoring, and reporting on campaign performance.

Responsibilities

  • Support influencer affiliate campaigns for Amazon storefronts.
  • Project manage monthly organic influencer campaigns, ensuring posts are on-time and comply with legal guidelines.
  • Source influencers weekly and manage daily communications with over 600 influencers.
  • Monitor monthly budgets to ensure campaigns meet financial targets.
  • Utilize external and internal influencer tools to manage campaigns and scale micro-influencers monthly.
  • Conduct weekly/monthly influencer recaps and KPI reporting.
  • Share content with cross-functional teams for repurposing on social media, paid media, and CRM.
  • Place orders for PR and influencer marketing gifting.
  • Research digital influencers and consumer advocates who align with the brand.
  • Assist manager in keeping the marketing calendar updated with PR and influencer posting and campaign dates.
  • Stay updated on digital/social trends and monitor competitors.
  • Proactively monitor influencer activity to report on trends and collaborations.
  • Contribute to team brainstorms and campaign ideation.
  • Demonstrate an enthusiastic approach to responsibilities and ensure all internal stakeholders are notified of new content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in influencer marketing or social media.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.
  • Creative and flexible with problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices, KPIs, and emerging trends.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and be flexible in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Outlook.
  • Passion for fast fashion and the brand.
  • Experience working in fashion or beauty preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with influencer marketing tools and platforms.
  • Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools for social media.
