About the position

The Influencer Marketing Coordinator at Thérapie Clinic is responsible for overseeing influencer partnerships to support the marketing efforts of the clinic's medspas in New York City. This role involves managing both gifted and paid influencer campaigns, building relationships with influencers, and analyzing campaign performance to ensure alignment with brand goals. The position is integral to the marketing team and reports to the Head of Social & Influence.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Social and Influence in planning strategic and tactical influencer campaigns across multiple social media platforms.
  • Identify and research relevant influencers across social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others based on brand needs.
  • Create and manage Influencer master sheet including all influencer and influencer audience insights including location breakdown, age demo, gender demo, etc.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers and key influencer agents/agencies.
  • Negotiate fees for paid influencer partnerships, striving to get the best value for the business.
  • Create influencer briefs for each paid influencer aligning with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
  • Coordinate contracts, deadlines, and deliverables with influencers.
  • Act as the point of contact between the influencer (or agency) and med spa team to coordinate appointments.
  • Provide influencers with trackable UTMs.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) to evaluate campaign success.
  • Monitor Influencer posting times to reshare content and maximize reach on Thérapie socials.
  • Support raising purchase orders (POs) and invoicing for various suppliers (influencers, agents/agencies).
  • Assist with monthly budget management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing, and incorporate learnings into future campaigns.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in influencer marketing (brand in house or agency).
  • Prior experience managing NYC focused influencer campaigns.
  • Prior experience in paid social media campaigns and performance analysis.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and the influencer landscape.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive briefs.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and design.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office and proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
