About the position

The Influencer Marketing Manager at Amazon MGM Studios is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with influencers to enhance engagement and reach for Prime Video's marketing initiatives. This role involves collaborating with various internal teams to create impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with audiences and drive key business metrics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in entertainment marketing and a deep understanding of social media dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain direct relationships with A-list creators and content studios.
• Partner with talent, influencers, and internal teams to create impactful campaigns that drive social conversation.
• Drive regular communication and engagement with influencers.
• Brief and manage a roster of creative, production, influencer, and social media agencies.
• Oversee social media distribution approaches for partnerships, balancing channel efficiencies and content creative.
• Collaborate with internal teams to negotiate agreements and amplify impact.
• Maintain expertise in target demographics and genre trends.
• Develop creative strategies to secure influencer participation for Prime Video campaigns.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to influence measurable marketing ideas and plans.
• Build strong relationships with internal Prime Video series, film brand, and PR leads.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
• Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns.
• Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
• Experience in influencer marketing, social media, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience working with talent and external stakeholders.
