About the position

The Influencer Marketing Manager at Acceleration Partners will lead the development and execution of influencer marketing strategies for diverse brands, managing client relationships and program performance. This role involves crafting customized influencer recruitment, content, and optimization strategies while leveraging data analysis to refine approaches and ensuring budget adherence. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing influencer programs, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving measurable outcomes through strategic planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage successful influencer programs by developing custom strategies and tactical plans for achieving client's goals and objectives.
• Provide superior client service, acting as a point of contact and escalating issues or key risks as appropriate.
• Use data strategically to analyze program outcomes and provide client insights and recommendations.
• Design influencer recruitment, communication, content, and optimization strategies to foster long-term partnerships with creators.
• Manage multiple influencer marketing programs with solid organizational skills and prioritize tasks based on client objectives.

Requirements

• 4+ years working for an influencer marketing agency and experience managing client relationships.
• Strong understanding of how influencer and affiliate marketing can work together.
• Solid understanding of omni-channel and digital marketing, with a track record of successfully running influencer campaigns for consumer products and/or services companies.
• Advanced Excel capabilities and comfortable with formatting, formulas, customizing reports, etc.
• Excellent at communicating, presenting and pitching and receiving approval from clients on new influencer campaigns.

Nice-to-haves

• Tools (CreatorIQ, Grin, Izea, etc.) experience preferred, not required.
• Knowledge of Affiliate Networks or SaaS platforms (Impact, ShareASale, Commission Junction, etc.) experience preferred, not required.
