About the position

The Influencer Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the execution of influencer marketing campaigns at Best Buy. This role involves collaborating closely with the Influencer Marketing Manager(s) and Senior Manager to understand campaign plans and develop tactical details. The Specialist acts as a key liaison between internal business partners and external agencies, requiring strong project management skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of influencer campaigns, including campaign briefings, vetting influencers and approving content.
• Work closely with partners to leverage influencer assets across paid media, organic social channels, and other owned placements.
• Lead data collection and reporting, using the influencer campaign dashboard to track performance and provide actionable insights.
• Assist the Manager(s) and Senior Manager with various aspects of campaign execution, contributing to overall campaign success.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience working in marketing, strategy, advertising or communications
• Project coordination skills including rigorous attention to detail and organization
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's Degree
• Marketing or campaign management experience in marketing agency or corporate marketing setting
• Experience with social media platforms: TikTok, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), YouTube
• Experience working with influencer marketing and influencer marketing software tools
• Experience with tracking, collecting, analyzing data
• Comfortable in fast-paced industry, with ability to make real-time adjustments as needed.
