About the position

The Influencer Strategist is a key member of the Influencer Marketing team, responsible for developing and executing influencer campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of influencer platforms and tools, as well as the ability to manage relationships with influencers and agency partners. The strategist will ensure client satisfaction and fulfill client objectives through innovative brand campaigns across social media platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead creative strategies for influencer/creator programs from concept to execution.
  • Amplify influencer partnerships by managing talent identification, outreach, negotiations, and measurement.
  • Manage agency partners and processes including talent selection and creative reviews.
  • Proactively leverage emerging trends and insights in influencer marketing.
  • Define success metrics and share results with leadership regularly.
  • Translate campaign reports into actionable insights for teams and projects.
  • Collaborate with Media and Creative teams to scale content across platforms.
  • Become the resident expert on emerging platforms for creators.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role (in-house, agency, or talent management firm).
  • Proven track record of building influencer campaigns that resonate culturally.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram, Discord, and Twitch.
  • Ability to source and identify talent by vertical in the influencer marketing space.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with influencer marketing benchmarks for campaign reporting.
  • Familiarity with emerging digital platforms and youth culture trends.
