About the position

As a Manager in the Cybersecurity, Privacy, and Forensics team at PwC, you will play a crucial role in addressing clients' critical business and data protection challenges. This position involves leading strategic programs, data analytics, and technical implementation activities to enhance clients' information governance and mitigate information risks. You will work collaboratively with a team of professionals to develop and implement governance controls, ensuring effective management of electronic data in compliance with legal and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects related to Data Governance strategy, architecture, and technology implementation.
• Coach team members and encourage their professional development.
• Analyze complex ideas and build meaningful recommendations based on stakeholder views.
• Address sub-standard work and ensure it meets firm and client expectations.
• Develop insights on global trends and their impact on the firm and clients.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Privacy, or Data Governance.
• Preferred certifications: EDM Council DCAM Certified Assessor, Data Governance & Stewardship Professional (DGSP), DAMA Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP).
• Extensive experience managing Data Governance projects and defining strategies and roadmaps.
• Knowledge of data governance enterprise platforms (e.g., Collibra, Alation, Informatica).
• Experience with data analysis and enterprise metadata management.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with data privacy and protection regulations.
• Knowledge of information governance and data lifecycle management tools.
• Familiarity with data modeling in SQL Server and Oracle environments.
• Ability to code in HTML, JavaScript, Python, CSS, XML, and Linux.
