About the position

The Info Security Analyst will play a crucial role in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) space, focusing on reporting and access reviews for SOX assets and supporting annual access reviews for lower risk applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of security, risk management, and technology, making informed decisions based on their experience in a large enterprise environment. Responsibilities include participating in access control reviews, identifying security risks, analyzing complex security issues, and creating new security standards.

Responsibilities

• Participate in technology access control reviews and line of business projects.
• Support annual access reviews for lower risk rated applications.
• Identify security risks and analyze complex security issues.
• Perform remediation efforts and create/own new security standards.
• Provide security requirements and make decisions based on security policies.
• Maintain documentation regarding decisions and work performed.
• Anticipate and address security needs/issues.
• Translate information security terminology for diverse groups.
• Collaborate with business and technology groups to deliver security consulting services.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three to five years of experience in technology-related auditing, consulting, programming, or operational banking.
• Subject matter expert level knowledge of business and technical aspects of security and technology.
• Strong technical background in distributed/mainframe, database, web-based application development, and/or Cloud.
• High level of business acumen, preferably in a regulated/financial industry.
• Strong risk-based analysis and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and relationship management skills.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite.
