About the position

The Infor ERP Technical Lead at Montefiore is responsible for providing technical guidance and support for the Infor ERP Finance and Supply Chain Management technology team. This role involves overseeing technical issues, software development, product releases, and hardware deployment while ensuring compliance with change control measures. The Technical Lead plays a crucial role in enhancing client service and contributing to the organization's mission of improving patient care through technology.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Articulate and present business solutions to team and product owners.
  • Maintain a holistic view of technical projects and balance project scope, priorities, and goals.
  • Identify business requirements and stakeholder needs for projects.
  • Identify technologies for implementation and connections between components.
  • Participate in project planning processes, including tracking and reporting.
  • Provide technical leadership to team members.
  • Lead requirements review and estimation.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in technical aspects.
  • Conduct technical interviews as required.
  • Deliver technical presentations to raise awareness of technology changes.
  • Create and implement risk mitigation processes and conduct security audits.
  • Review solutions to ensure quality design and advocate for clarity.
  • Provide support for escalated technical issues.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Infor ERP systems and their modules, preferably Infor ERP.
  • Experience with ERP migration.
  • Prior experience as a senior technical resource on large-scale technology projects.
  • Understanding of the application systems development lifecycle.
  • Critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with customers, vendors, peers, and management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptability in a rapidly changing environment with competing priorities.
