About the position

The Informatica Cloud Developer position at MOURI Tech is a remote contract role that requires a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Informatica Cloud development. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and enhancing advanced ETL jobs according to business specifications. This role demands a strong working knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter transformations, including Mapplets, Workflows, and Sessions, as well as performance optimization techniques. The candidate should also have experience with various databases such as Oracle, MSSQL, and DB2, and be proficient in writing SQL queries and stored procedures for these databases. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as collaboration with team members and stakeholders will be a key part of the job. The position is expected to last for at least 6 months, and candidates should be prepared to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where they can leverage their technical skills to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop programs, test, and enhance advanced ETL jobs as per business specifications.
• Utilize Informatica PowerCenter transformations, Mapplets, Workflows, and Sessions effectively.
• Optimize performance of ETL processes and ensure efficient data handling.
• Write SQL queries and stored procedures for various databases including Oracle, MSSQL, and DB2.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in Informatica Cloud development.
• Strong working knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter transformations and performance optimization.
• Proficient in writing SQL queries and stored procedures for different databases.
• Experience with IICS and any database (DB2, Oracle).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
