About the position

Infosys is seeking an Informatica Developer with SQL and QNXT skillset to join the ADM team. This role involves application support, maintenance, and minor enhancements, focusing on developing customized solutions to support critical business functions and meet project objectives. The developer will collaborate with project managers, clients, and other developers to ensure effective project strategies and maintain a proactive work environment to adapt to changing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop customized solutions to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals.
• Manage daily support and maintenance and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements.
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing, and deployment.
• Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully.
• Interact directly with clients, managers, and end users as necessary to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces and customized applications.
• Mentor 2 to 4 team members on a need basis and technically drive them towards results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience, specifically with Informatica on Cloud (IICS) and SQL database experience.
• Ability to work as a member of development and support teams with hands-on programming, design, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working in a global delivery model and coordinating with offshore teams involved in projects.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in application design, file structures, coding practices, quality assurance, and documentation.
• Experience in SQL query tuning.
• Experience in Healthcare EDI is a plus.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
• Planning and coordination skills.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Very good understanding of Healthcare Payer Domain with knowledge of Claims, Membership, Billing, Provider, Capitation, and UM modules in QNXT.
• Very good understanding of QNXT Data Model.
