About the position

The Informatica MDM Cloud Developer position is a hands-on technical role focused on the overall implementation of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful implementations and will be responsible for delivering end-to-end MDM projects for clients. This includes designing data models, configuring the MDM Hub, and developing match rules, as well as performance improvement and E360 configuration. The role requires close collaboration with customers and architects to understand project objectives and ensure successful outcomes. Candidates should possess comprehensive knowledge of the ETL process within the MDM space, including associated batch and real-time integration, as well as performance tuning. The position is client-facing, requiring the candidate to work closely with clients and other consultants, both on-site and remotely. A strong background in the Information Management domain, particularly with Informatica MDM, is essential. The candidate should have experience in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within the MDM domain, with a minimum of 23 recent full life cycle implementations in various domains such as Customer Products. The role also involves high-level architectural planning, proof of concept development, and the creation of solution outlines to support requirements gathering for MDM projects. The candidate will interface with business and IT stakeholders to identify issues and develop solutions, as well as lead the design of the MDM application using MDM tools. Responsibilities include configurations and customizations to the MDM tool, data mapping, and functioning as the Design Authority in technical design reviews. The candidate will also be responsible for planning development project estimates, scheduling, and conducting development reviews, while maintaining compliance with change control, SDLC, and development standards. Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills are required, as the candidate must be a team player and effectively partner with clients to understand their business objectives and processes.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Information Management Domain.
• Proven track record of successful full life cycle MDM implementations.
• Strong business and technical background in Master Data Management, Data Quality, Data Governance, Data Integration, ETL, and Data Security.
• Experience with Informatica MDM tool is required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of ETL processes in MDM space.
• Significant experience in all aspects of the SDLC in the MDM domain.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team player.
