About the position

The Informatica PowerCenter Cloud IICS/IDMC Developer position is a long-term contract role at a prominent financial services company. The developer will work on complex software engineering initiatives, focusing on data integration and ETL processes using Informatica technologies. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders and involves analyzing and resolving multifaceted software challenges.

Responsibilities

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring solid understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Requirements

• Hands-on development experience with Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Cloud (IICS/IDMC) technologies.
• Working experience in Informatica Cloud Services (IICS/IDMC) Components - Data Integration, Administrator, Monitor and Data Quality.
• Experience in designing and implementing ETL processes; understanding of data models and data flows.
• Relational Databases (Oracle/SQL Server) working experience including designing, optimizing complex SQL queries, and correlated sub-queries on large scale data tables.
• Hands-on development experience with Linux/Unix family including Shell Scripting.
• Working experience on REST/SOAP based webservices, XML and JSON processing.
• Experience with Informatica PowerCenter to Informatica Cloud (IDMC) migration.

• Experience with Agile project methodologies.
• Experience leading technical development teams.
• Experience with cloud integrations, preferably with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics CRM clouds.
