About the position

The Informatica PowerCenter Cloud IICS/IDMC Developer position is a long-term contract role at a prominent financial services company in Charlotte, NC. The role involves hands-on development with Informatica technologies, focusing on ETL processes, data integration, and cloud services. The developer will work collaboratively on complex software engineering initiatives, contributing to the resolution of multifaceted challenges while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Requirements

• Hands-on development experience with Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Cloud (IICS/IDMC) technologies.
• Working experience in Informatica Cloud Services (IICS/IDMC) Components - Data Integration, Administrator, Monitor and Data Quality.
• Experience in designing and implementing ETL processes; understanding of data models and data flows.
• Relational Databases (Oracle/SQL Server) working experience including designing, optimizing complex SQL queries, and correlated sub-queries on large scale data tables.
• Hands-on development experience with Linux/Unix family including Shell Scripting.
• Working experience on REST/SOAP based webservices, XML and JSON processing.
• Experience with Informatica PowerCenter to Informatica Cloud (IDMC) migration.

• Banking industry experience.
• Experience with Agile project methodologies.
• Experience leading technical development teams.
• Experience with cloud integrations, preferably with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics CRM clouds.
• Autosys working experience.
