About the position

The Informatica PowerCenter Cloud IICS/IDMC Developer position at a leading financial services company in Charlotte, NC, is a long-term contract role focused on developing and implementing ETL processes using Informatica technologies. The role involves working with a team of experts to address complex software engineering challenges and contribute to large-scale initiatives that impact the organization. Responsibilities

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring solid understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Requirements

• Hands-on development experience with Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Cloud (IICS/IDMC) technologies.
• Working experience in Informatica Cloud Services (IICS/IDMC) Components - Data Integration, Administrator, Monitor and Data Quality.
• Experience in designing and implementing ETL processes; understanding of data models and data flows.
• Relational Databases (Oracle/SQL Server) working experience including designing, optimizing complex SQL queries, and correlated sub-queries on large scale data tables.
• Hands-on development experience with Linux/Unix family including Shell Scripting.
• Working experience on REST/SOAP based webservices, XML and JSON processing.
• Experience with Informatica PowerCenter to Informatica Cloud (IDMC) migration.

• Banking industry experience.
• Experience with Agile project methodologies.
• Experience leading technical development teams.
• Experience with cloud integrations, preferably with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics CRM clouds.
