About The Position

The Informatics Analyst at CVS Health is responsible for analyzing health plan data and providing actionable insights to clients. This role involves collaboration with the Client Solution Team to leverage analytics tools like Tableau and Enlight, translating complex data into understandable insights that enhance client plan performance. The position requires effective communication across departments and a deep understanding of data systems to support client and broker requests.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience working with Tableau for data visualization and analytics.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
• 1+ years of data analysis experience with beginning to intermediate Tableau skills.
• Experience in statistical analysis and database management.
• Understanding of relational databases, data systems, and data warehouses.
• 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of Project Management experience.
• Medical coding experience.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry.
• 1 year of experience working with Health Care Insurance, particularly with Self-Funded claims.
• A variety of experience with analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze health plan data to provide insights on client plan performance.
