• Provide leadership, consultation, and direction for information technology impacting clinical nursing information management.
• Develop effective working relationships throughout the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field for Informatics Clinician; Master's degree for Informatics Clinical Specialist; RN licensure for Informatics Nurse roles.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience in healthcare preferred.
• Demonstrated computer literacy with strong knowledge of software applications.
• Experience in training or teaching others.
• Strong project leadership, organizational, and planning skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral).
• Epic certified or proficiency required within six months of hire date.

Nice-to-haves

• Project management experience preferred.
• National certification in CPHIMS or Certified Healthcare Technology Associate is highly recommended.
