About the position

The Informatics Specialist at INTEGRIS Health plays a crucial role in delivering informatics solutions that enhance healthcare practices. This position involves working within project scopes to support the implementation and adoption of informatics systems, utilizing knowledge from clinical sciences, computer science, and information technology to manage and process data effectively. The role is integral to supporting INTEGRIS Health's mission of partnering with people to live healthier lives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver informatics solutions that support healthcare practices from planning through implementation and adoption.
• Design and utilize informatics solutions aligned with the vision and mission of INTEGRIS Health.
• Identify, collect, process, and manage data using knowledge of clinical sciences and information technology.
• Support the training and development of caregivers in using informatics systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or science field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5 years of clinical or health technology experience, with at least 1 year in systems implementation, design, or analysis.
• Possess and maintain licensure in accordance with Oklahoma State law for licensed disciplines.
• Professional certification such as Nursing Informatics Specialist or RHIA preferred.
• Demonstrated computer literacy with strong knowledge of software applications.
• Experience in training or teaching others.
• Strong project leadership, organizational, and planning skills.
• Effective communication skills in English (verbal and written).

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in healthcare informatics or related fields.
• Familiarity with data management and analysis tools.
