Responsibilities

• Serve as a frontline IT resource for employees, providing technical support both onsite and virtually.
• Perform initial triage of hardware, software, networking, and telephone issues.
• Assist in troubleshooting workstations and printers, ensuring teams have the necessary tools and resources.
• Engage in tier one problem resolution, interacting with employees to determine next steps in issue resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Develop predictive analytics models to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a 2-4 year degree in computer science or a related field.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with database management and SQL.
• Basic understanding of network infrastructure and wireless systems.
• Up to 1 year of experience or general knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, MS Teams, Windows 10, and dashboarding tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly.
• Strong communication skills, especially with non-technical users.
