About the position

The Senior Knowledge Management Technical Lead will provide technical leadership and support for the Information Knowledge Management (IKM) Section at MARFORPAC, located at Camp Smith, HI. This role involves overseeing SharePoint and Command and Control (C2) integration, facilitating requirements gathering, and managing application development projects. The lead will ensure effective communication with executive management regarding project status and will guide the IKM technical team in prioritizing workloads and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for the Information Knowledge Management (IKM) Section.
• Direct SharePoint, Command and Control (C2) integration, and other enterprise systems.
• Plan and facilitate requirements gathering, system migrations, and application development projects.
• Support enterprise-wide integrations for Information Management initiatives.
• Recommend best business practices for solutions/product support services.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and communicate project status to executive management.
• Prioritize the workload of the IKM technical team and ensure understanding of priorities and deadlines.
• Monitor production system incidents and ensure resolution of issues according to established processes.
• Assist users in resolving day-to-day issues or queries.
• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, and testing of new applications/products.
• Customize SharePoint to support new capabilities and functionality for IKM objectives.
• Develop and present briefings to team, senior leadership, and stakeholders.
• Support customer engagement with MARFORPAC and other agencies.

Requirements

• High School degree with a minimum of 14 years of experience.
• Experience leading teams and projects.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience or higher.
• Experience configuring SharePoint sites and providing custom solutions according to business needs.
• Experience in developing solutions integrated into multiple Teams & M365 services.
• PMP and/or Sec+ CE certifications.
