The Information Operations (ISIO) Analyst/Subject Matter Expert (SME) position at USCYBERCOM in Fort Meade, MD, is a critical role that involves providing comprehensive intelligence support to Information Operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for enhancing situational awareness to facilitate rapid decision-making and improve both current and long-term Information Operations (IO) and Information Warfare (IW) planning. This position requires a deep understanding of operational intelligence services, which encompass a full range of intelligence functions aimed at addressing Information Related Capabilities (IRC) requirements. As an SME, you will be expected to deliver various intelligence reports and products that enable the government to collect, analyze, disseminate, de-conflict, and catalog actionable information related to intelligence and non-kinetic targeting activities. Your role will involve participating in the development of intelligence and non-kinetic targeting activities, facilitating de-confliction processes, and contributing to command collection plans. You will also be responsible for incorporating information-related capabilities into operational orders and evaluation plans, as well as coordinating intelligence requirements across IRCs. In addition, the position requires supporting the planning, coordination, integration, and synchronization of non-lethal effects and offensive cyberspace operations (OCO) in support of Combatant Command (CCMD) operations. You will conduct fires planning for the integration of cyber-delivered Special Technical Operations and Information Operations capabilities into OCO/DCO activities, utilizing your knowledge of joint doctrine and planning concepts. The role demands a thorough assessment of both lethal and non-lethal effects from IRCs, providing recommendations for refining targeting guidance and objectives. Your in-depth intelligence analytic skills will be crucial in identifying, assessing, designing, and reporting on complex adversary strengths, weaknesses, and military capabilities, thereby supporting IO Division planning efforts and operational execution.
