The Identity and Access Management Analyst is a vital member of the Information Security team, tasked with the management and support of identity and access management systems. This role emphasizes the administration and management of tools associated with access management, allowing the analyst to leverage their experience and expertise to enforce appropriate security controls in a manner that is both auditable and manageable. The analyst will be responsible for fully managing SCI's Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools, supporting operational issues involving IAM systems, and automating manual tasks related to these systems. Additionally, the analyst will interface with IT and business teams to review access management requirements and design solutions that meet those needs. In terms of responsibilities, the analyst will spend approximately 80% of their time on analytical and technical tasks, which include supporting existing security configurations, troubleshooting security-related issues, and performing other job-related duties as assigned. The remaining 20% of the role will involve administrative and reporting responsibilities, such as developing technical documentation for all supported products, maintaining detailed documentation of business processes, and providing cross-training for other technical staff on IAM responsibilities. The analyst will also prepare documentation for audits and act as the point of contact for audit-related responsibilities, ensuring compliance with company standards and maintaining the access management approval matrix. The position requires a bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, along with five years of demonstrated experience in Information Security Administration. The ideal candidate will have experience with various IAM solutions, including SailPoint's IdentityNow, and possess strong technical skills in Powershell, SQL, and Microsoft 365 administration. The role demands excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities. The analyst will be expected to operate with integrity, build trust with others, and contribute to team success while driving for results and focusing on customer satisfaction.
