About the position

The Information Security Analyst II - Customer Trust role at Datadog involves supporting the sales organization by addressing customer security needs, managing security questionnaires, and conducting audits. This position is integral to translating customer security requirements into Datadog's information security program, ensuring compliance with various frameworks, and collaborating with a dedicated team to enhance security practices.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the sales organization to address customer security needs, including security questionnaires and customer calls.
  • Execute customer audits for enterprise customers by addressing security questions, reviewing evidence requests, and discussing audit results.
  • Assist with improving and maintaining Datadog's customer-facing security page.
  • Collaborate with a 10-person team and cross-team to be an expert on Datadog's security practices.
  • Analyze customer security requirements and roadmaps to help steer security features for Datadog.

Requirements

  • BS in information security, information systems management, computer science, or equivalent experience in compliance, information security policy, operations, or consulting.
  • Exposure to compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI DSS.
  • Familiarity with the sales process and sales reporting.
  • Understanding of Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) requirements from an ICT third-party service provider perspective.
  • Knowledge of current privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple tasks and high-priority projects.
  • Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to synthesize technical information into higher-level responses.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and value for correctness.
