About the position

The Information Security Analyst II plays a crucial role in supporting Technology Controls and Information Security initiatives at TD. This position involves providing research, evaluation, assessment, and operational support related to cyber security, as well as participating in Cyber Security projects of moderate complexity. The analyst will leverage their expertise to respond to security incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and develop remediation plans, ensuring the security and integrity of the bank's operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-wide subject matter expertise on cyber security.
• Respond to security incidents and develop remediation plans.
• Participate in and provide guidance on Cyber Security projects of low to moderate complexity.
• Assemble and contribute to enterprise-level metrics for internal, managerial, and regulatory reporting.
• Research and document enterprise-level processes, creating Gap Analysis Reports.
• Analyze enterprise-wide reports, malware alerts, and emerging threats, recommending appropriate action plans to management.
• Prioritize and manage workload to deliver quality results and meet timelines under management guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Information security certification/accreditation is an asset.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in information security.
• Sound knowledge of one or more technology controls/security domains, disciplines, and practices.
