About the position

The Information Security Analyst position at Minnesota IT Services involves providing security analysis and automation for applications supported by the Office of Information Security. Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in information technology or information security.
• Experience working with relational databases.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or an associate's degree with relevant experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security or related field.
• Knowledge of information security standards (NIST, ISO 27001/17799).
• Experience with JSON and communicating technical issues to non-technical employees.
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM.
