About the position

The Information Security Analyst at Montefiore is responsible for developing and implementing cybersecurity awareness programs that engage employees and promote safe practices both at home and in the workplace. This role requires collaboration within a team-oriented environment to create clear and concise communications regarding information security risks and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Graphic design, communications, and IT Security
• Working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Creating complex communications in a simple, clear, and concise manner
• Creating an awareness program that engages employees and leads to changing behaviors both at home and at work
• Understanding the concepts of information risks and the different elements that make up risk

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience creating cybersecurity awareness content and materials
• 5+ years of experience crafting and executing cybersecurity awareness communication plans for enterprise environments
• 3+ years of experience evaluating the effectiveness of cybersecurity awareness initiatives in an enterprise environment
• 5+ years of experience applying risk management principles to cybersecurity awareness programs
• 5+ years of experience developing and managing corporate marketing campaigns
