About the position

The Security Awareness Analyst at PlayStation is responsible for developing, building, and delivering a comprehensive Security Awareness Program aimed at enhancing cybersecurity awareness among employees globally. This role involves creating engaging content, conducting training sessions, and managing program operations to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. The analyst will also assess the effectiveness of the program and implement improvements based on feedback and metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to and support an engaging Security Awareness Program that influences attitudes and behaviors.
  • Ensure the Program meets compliance requirements and relevant industry regulations.
  • Communicate the Program to other teams and promote its adoption across diverse cultures.
  • Solicit feedback to identify gaps and opportunities for program evolution.
  • Evaluate and manage Program vendors and services continuously.
  • Analyze metrics and prepare consolidated reporting on Program efficiency.
  • Acquire and curate content for the Program and deliver cyber security training globally.
  • Oversee the delivery of simulated phishing emails and training in business units.
  • Solve user issues and liaise with internal customers and external vendors.
  • Administrate SaaS services used for training and phishing simulations.
  • Create engaging content in various formats to communicate the Program message.
  • Coordinate the delivery of security advisories to a global audience.
  • Organize and host events such as webinars and workshops.
  • Conduct security awareness assessments and surveys to gauge employee knowledge.
  • Monitor the Program mailbox and respond to employee queries.
  • Provide support and guidance on security-related issues and best practices.
  • Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats to update training content.
  • Assist in the development and enforcement of security policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of cyber security experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in cyber security, marketing, education, or a related field.
  • Experience presenting to large audiences at workshops or seminars.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with knowledge of cyber security principles.
  • Ability to create engaging training content and simplify complex topics.
  • Professional writing skills with attention to detail and grammatical accuracy.
  • Good knowledge of Office 365.
  • CISSP, CISM, or ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer certification is an advantage.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in marketing or education related to cybersecurity.
  • Familiarity with creating multimedia content for training purposes.
