About the position

The Information Security Analyst role focuses on managing and delivering physical security solutions and technology for a large to medium enterprise. The position requires a strong understanding of security technologies and the ability to liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective product management and lifecycle oversight. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in physical security products and will work closely with vendors to align solutions with the company's vision.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical product management of physical security products.
• Act as the main point of contact and subject matter expert for assigned products.
• Manage the product lifecycle in collaboration with business and operational support teams.
• Determine and enforce the product roadmap for physical security technologies.
• Evaluate the marketplace for physical security technologies and certify best-of-breed products to company standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology Systems, or Information Security, or equivalent working experience.
• Up to five years of experience in an engineering role.
• Thorough understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Unix.
• Experience in code development (.NET, SQL) and ability to learn new languages quickly.
• Good understanding of Information Security and industry best practices.

Nice-to-haves

• CISSP or other security-related certifications.
• Experience with CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Fire & Safety, and control systems.
• Proficient in one or more computer languages.
