About the position

Adobe is on a mission to change the world through digital experiences, and we are looking for an Information Security Analyst to join our team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our sales organization and our information security team. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be the go-to person for addressing customer inquiries regarding Adobe's security posture and compliance with various security frameworks. You will work closely with our global field organization, providing expert knowledge on key trust topics that facilitate effective sales processes. Your role will involve a blend of technical understanding, program management, and relationship building, ensuring that our sales teams are well-equipped to represent Adobe's security controls accurately. In this position, you will assist in the sales cycle by answering customer questions about information security as it pertains to Adobe's applications and solutions. You will provide support to sales organizations by articulating our information security control framework and advising on how our solutions align with applicable compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001. Additionally, you will help maintain a knowledge base of security-related questions and responses, supporting documentation, and processes that streamline the sales cycle regarding information security. Your expertise will also be required in training Account Executives, Solution Consultants, and Customer Success Managers on how to engage our group effectively for support. This role is not just about technical skills; it requires strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to handle high-priority, time-sensitive issues. You will be part of a collaborative environment where ongoing feedback is encouraged, and you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on Adobe's security posture and customer trust.

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer questions around information security as they pertain to Adobe's individual applications & solutions and overall security posture.
  • Provide support to sales organizations by speaking expertly and knowledgably about Adobe's information security control framework.
  • Assist Legal with security language and terms in contract negotiations.
  • Advise customers as to how each solution's security controls align with the applicable security compliance frameworks (e.g. SOC 2 and ISO 27001).
  • Answer information gathering security questionnaires to support the sales process.
  • Help maintain our knowledgebase of security-related questions and responses, and our supporting documentation (e.g. white papers, architectural diagrams, sample questionnaires, and other related software security documents) for sales enablement.
  • Further develop, promote and support processes that streamline the sales cycle with regard to information security.
  • Represent Adobe's information security team on sales calls with customers.
  • Train Account Executives, Solution Consultants and Customer Success Managers on how to properly engage our group for efficient support.
  • Support corporate and product marketing initiatives and campaigns as they relate to security.

Requirements

  • Must be able to learn and understand software security development concepts, design and architecture.
  • An understanding and ability to articulate the value of industry-wide software security concepts such as encryption, authentication and authorization, cross domain protection, security vulnerabilities and testing strategies.
  • Familiarity with security industry certifications such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II and an ability to understand and articulate the value of the security controls within the different domains.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Attentiveness to detail and ability to stay organized.
  • Ability to deal with high priority, time sensitive issues.
  • Dependability: Meet commitments, work independently, accept accountability, be adaptable to change, set personal standards, and stay focused under pressure.
