About the position

Our Client is seeking a primary technical support lead that actively participates in the planning and design, installation, administration, operations, and day-to-day daily activities of multiple SAAS platforms. This position will ensure stable, scalable, redundant, and secure information security technical operations. The individual in this role will serve as the systems matter expert and be the primary support contact. This position will open support calls as needed to troubleshoot and resolve issues as necessary. The responsibilities include building out functionality and automation to improve business operations and streamline workflow processes. The analyst will be responsible for system performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and creating process and procedure documentation. Additionally, the role involves leading, scheduling, coordinating, and guiding the Information Security Team and vendors in supporting information security operations. The analyst will deploy, configure, administer, and customize the SAAS software to meet the business needs of the Information Security department. Moreover, the analyst will develop new processes, procedures, and workflows to improve security operations. They will provide problem determination and resolution by analyzing and diagnosing a wide range of issues, including failures, software configuration problems, security issues, performance problems, and unresolved problems reported internally or by other groups. Regular status reports will be generated, and technical and procedural documents will be created upon request, which may include project progress reporting, meeting key milestones, and showcasing tasks accomplished. The analyst will also host weekly status meetings or calls with the team or on an as-needed basis and provide training to Information Security staff on all areas of the platforms supported.

Responsibilities

  • Provide training to Information Security staff on all areas of the platforms supported

Requirements

  • 10 years of relevant IT work experience with at least five (5) years of experience in the information security and SaaS management and administration field
  • 2 years of experience with hands-on design, implementation, application customization, and support experience with SaaS platforms
  • Proficient with information security platforms in an enterprise environment
  • Experience with SailPoint, CyberArk, Microsoft Purview and Archer with the ability to learn other platforms as required
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and team skills
  • Ability to present technical information for knowledge transfer and training purposes
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers, end users and vendor development staff, as well as all levels of management and judicial personnel as necessary
  • Ability to troubleshoot application specific problems and open support tickets as needed to address systems functionality issues
