About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking an Information Security Analyst in Technology as part of Cybersecurity. This role involves supporting and maintaining compliance of enterprise certification solutions and controls, providing information security consultation, and engaging with technology teams to ensure effective risk management and remediation strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide information security consultation for compliance policy, risk management, and remediation.
  • Direct information security risk assessment and research, recommending remediation plans and strategies.
  • Engage with technology teams, risk, and LOB contacts to consult on enterprise certification controls and tools.
  • Perform evidence gathering and audit walk-throughs for audit engagements.
  • Educate and support certifying managers on certification execution and accountability.
  • Ensure timely completion of certifications.
  • Perform compliance and oversight activities to support certification controls.
  • Maintain awareness of bank security policies and government regulations pertaining to information security.
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
  • Interact with internal customers.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Information Security Analysis experience or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • 1+ years of identity and access management experience in provisioning, de-provisioning, certification, authorization, or authentication.

  • Knowledge of information security industry standards and government regulations.
  • Ability to mentor and train less experienced team members.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and processes.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) products or tools.
  • Understanding of application security architecture.
  • Knowledge of Service Now.
