Responsibilities

• Support and maintain enterprise cybersecurity tools and services.
• Conduct and administer vulnerability scans.
• Monitor network and host-based intrusion detection/prevention systems.
• Recommend security solutions and advise on security configurations.
• Investigate and mitigate security risks as required.
• Deliver exceptional security service across faculty, staff, and students.

Requirements

• Three years of experience in computer science, cybersecurity, computer information systems, or a related field.
• Experience using IT security systems and tools.
• Knowledge of data encryption techniques.
• Experience analyzing logs for security breaches.
• Experience deploying, configuring, and administering vulnerability management and multi-factor authentication tools.
• Demonstrated skills applying security controls to computer software and hardware.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to establish positive working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions with integrity.
