About the position

The Information Security Analyst at Spalding Consulting, Inc. is responsible for planning, implementing, upgrading, and monitoring security measures to protect computer networks and information. This role involves ensuring appropriate security controls are in place, responding to security breaches, and preparing necessary cybersecurity documentation. Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, upgrade, and monitor security measures for the protection of computer networks and information.
• Ensure appropriate security controls are in place to safeguard digital files and electronic infrastructure.
• Respond to computer security breaches and viruses.
• Review Risk Management Framework documentation.
• Prepare documentation related to cybersecurity, including policies, memorandums, and standard work procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements

• Experience providing information security analysis required.
• At least three (3) years of experience performing work related to the labor category.
• Active Secret or Interim Secret clearance required.
• BS degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science, OR one of the identified Cybersecurity Workforce (CWF) certifications.
