About the position
The Information Security Compliance Administrator is responsible for ensuring compliance with Information Security Risk Assessment activities, including security testing and third-party assessments. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders to manage security assessments and remediation processes, while maintaining accurate records and compliance with established policies.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates application security test scoping calls with testing vendors and business leaders.
- Manages expense approval paperwork for test engagements and credentials required for testers.
- Distributes test results and maintains recordkeeping of security assessments.
- Facilitates meetings between business leaders, programmers, testers, and vendors to address identified vulnerabilities.
- Ensures timely completion of remediation plans or exception requests by Business Information Security Officers (BISOs).
- Supports the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) system administrator by responding to report requests and managing access control requests.
- Monitors GRC system reporting to maintain compliance with information security policies.
Requirements
- College degree in Information Technology (preferred).
- 5 years of work experience in business processes requiring compliance management and attention to detail.
- Competency in Information Security and Vulnerability Management policies and processes.
- Experience using GRC systems for recordkeeping and tracking activities.
