About The Position
The Information Security Engineer II (ISE2) plays a crucial role in supporting the Service Delivery and Service Activation organizations at Lumen. This position is responsible for managing security customer orders from initiation to onboarding, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining effective communication with customers and internal teams. The ISE2 will utilize their expertise in firewalls, IP networking, and security protocols to analyze, build, activate, and document security configurations, ultimately leading to successful implementation of customer services.
