About The Position
The Information Security Engineer II (ISE2) plays a crucial role in supporting the Service Delivery and Service Activation organizations at Lumen. This position is responsible for managing security customer orders from initiation to onboarding, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. The ISE2 interacts with customers to analyze and document security configurations, providing regular updates on order progress and troubleshooting during service activations.
