About the position
The Information Security Officer is responsible for developing and enforcing computer security policies, ensuring a secure and accessible computing environment. This role involves monitoring computer systems for violations and misuse, maintaining appropriate documentation for audit control, and overseeing disaster recovery and business continuity processes.

Requirements
- BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent discipline or comparable experience in the field.
- Must obtain the CISSP certification within 24 months from date of hire.
- Possess a high degree of confidentiality and tact.
- Exhibit excellent customer service skills.
- Understand hospital, departmental, and emergency policies and procedures.
- Ability to communicate effectively with peers, subordinates, and upper management.
