About the position

The Information Security Program Manager will lead all phases of project lifecycles, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams while managing risks and deliverables. This role is crucial for overseeing product development and strategy-based programs within a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all phases of the project lifecycle, including project plan creation, kickoffs, and internal status meetings.
  • Handle project timelines, budgets, achievements, and deliverables.
  • Work with the program team to identify risks and plan for risk response and mitigation.
  • Proactively monitor risks, issues, and resolutions.
  • Manage and lead delivery of product development-based and strategy-based programs.
  • Develop strategic program plans.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and scope effectively to clients.
  • Facilitate collaboration across teams.

Requirements

  • 8 years of experience as an Information Security Program Manager (preferred).
  • 8 years of experience leading all phases of the project lifecycle (preferred).
  • 5 years of experience in Agile (Scrum) and/or SAFe frameworks (preferred).
  • 3 years of experience with Cyber Security certifications (preferred).
  • 5 years of experience in effectively communicating project status, risks, and scope (preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and MS Visio.

Nice-to-haves

  • Cyber Security certifications (preferred, not required).
  • Asset Management Industry Knowledge (preferred, not required).
