About the position

Citibank, N.A. is seeking an Information Security Technical Lead Analyst to join their team in Rutherford, NJ. This role involves attending business requirement calls with various business teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of their processes and the scope of the projects at hand. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing complex solutions tailored to meet business needs. Collaboration with all sectors and governance teams is essential to understand the Vulnerability Assessment (VA) process, which includes creating calculated fields, reports, and feeds to automate processes, ensuring that Archer adheres to the latest Information Security policies. In this position, the analyst will provide support to all solution and module owners, performing daily, weekly, and monthly administrative tasks related to Archer. A key responsibility will be managing and maintaining the Archer work order (ticketing) queue, ensuring that all work orders meet the minimum Service Level Agreement (SLA) for acknowledgment and completion. The role also requires performing system maintenance and continuously improving system efficiencies, which encompasses database space management, Archer module cleanup, and data cleanup. The analyst will work with various teams to facilitate direct Archer integration with critical systems by utilizing Archer data feeds or APIs. It is crucial to maintain these feeds and implement enhancements to improve data quality and accommodate newly added processes and policy changes. Additionally, the analyst will assist in creating dashboards and views for senior management to monitor the most critical processes. Quarterly maintenance of Archer access control roles and groups is necessary to ensure that the right personnel have access while removing those who no longer require it. Collaboration with RSA is also part of the role, applying new patches or updates to the Archer environment and managing major upgrades along with all related tasks. The analyst will enhance the Archer Data Quality Control (QC) process and provide weekly reporting to highlight Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to resource utilization, SLAs, and overall work being performed. Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policy.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop complex solutions according to the business needs.
  • Work with all sectors and governance teams to understand the Vulnerability Assessment (VA) process.
  • Create calculated fields, reports, and feeds to automate processes and ensure Archer follows the latest IS policies.
  • Provide support to all solution and module owners, and perform daily, weekly, monthly Archer admin tasks.
  • Manage and maintain the Archer work order (ticketing) queue and ensure that all work orders meet the minimum SLA for acknowledgment and completion.
  • Perform system maintenance and continually improve system efficiencies, including database space management, Archer module cleanup, and data cleanup.

Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Security or a related field.
  • Six (6) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
  • Experience must include responsible for multiple Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Solutions development, version upgrades, architecture changes, and implementation of new components and production support within the environment.
  • Troubleshooting performance issues, Archer Control Panel, job monitoring, IIS resets and reboots, DBA optimization activities at the server side.
  • Implement enterprise and network risk management solutions, integrated various security systems using A2A (Archer to Archer) and HTTP feeds and API.
  • Perform daily user and server administration tasks such as RSA Job Services, job monitoring, and maintenance tasks such as maintaining admin database, synchronizing user's mail file and databases on clustered servers.
  • Prepare messaging policies proposals, finalization and documentation, develop deployment and validation plans.
  • Prepare migration run-book, support documentation, and provide the necessary training to the administrators.
