About the position

The Information Services Business Process Analyst at Haworth, Inc. plays a crucial role in supporting and improving business processes through effective collaboration with various departments. This position involves analyzing customer requirements, managing medium-sized projects, and delivering technology solutions that align with business needs. The analyst will also facilitate communication between business leaders and ensure the successful implementation of software solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize systems, applications, and processes to provide support and coordination between departments.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to define and improve processes, systems, metrics, and best practices.
  • Facilitate the gathering of requirements, definitions, proposals, and justifications for system enhancements.
  • Plan and manage medium-sized projects and participate in major project teams.
  • Drive the delivery of technology solutions to meet business needs with a global perspective.
  • Analyze customer requirements and reformat them for better management.
  • Design, test, implement, and support software solutions, providing continuous improvement input.
  • Communicate status updates and risks to customers and management.
  • Understand and articulate the delivery lifecycle phases to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Enforce escalation processes for business support and identify issue patterns.
  • Follow standard work procedures and suggest improvements.
  • Support supply chain process and production planning sales order scheduling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related field.
  • Associate Degree plus 2 years related experience OR 4 years additional Information Systems experience.
  • 5 years Information Systems experience with Bachelor's Degree OR 3 years with Master's Degree.
  • Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Ability to work and commute onsite daily to headquarters in Holland, MI.
